Another One

Oh dear - I had another cluster headache/migraine today. It kicked in this morning and I worked at The Christie until about 1pm when I couldn't cope any more.

I headed home again on the train and the sea just south of Berwick-Upon-Tweed was quite rough, as you can see.

I relaxed on the sofa this evening. I have the day off on Friday but decided to take tomorrow off too and spend a few days chilling out and hoping this will help stop this cluster.......
