Went to York today. Had a bit of a nightmare getting home though. Here's what happened:

We got on a late bus to the train station, so missed the first train home. I had to then wait for the next one, which was delayed by 10 minutes, which, in turn meant that I missed my connection at the next station. The next connection train broke down meaning we were delayed by 20 minutes there, meaning I would miss my second connection train. Luckily, they laid on another train for us to get home! HUZZAH!
