Too many eggs in the fridge
This is the excuse to make a chocolate mousse.
I know AGAIN but I cannot resist the smell of melting chocolate and the best part of all?
YES licking the spatula at the end with a satisfied smile.
There is poetry in looking at how slowly the chocolate pieces melts and embrace the egg yolk; the happiness of white soft peaks meeting the sugar and then how folding all together the ingredients became this luscious chocolate flow that is poured in a pot.
