Bigos!

Andy has been threatening to cook a Polish meal for us all week and we have been collectively rather sniffy - now it is bubbling on the stove it does smell rather good and we may have to eat our words.

Apparently it is considered the national dish of Poland and was traditionally served at the start of the hunting season. I'll let you know the results tomorrow.

Rather nice lazy day today as it's been pouring with rain. I did manage to buy a lovely pair of boots and then had lunch at The Bear in Crickhowell - all good.
