Homeward bound tomorrow morning and looking forward to eating something that hasn't been deep fried. By the way, has anyone ever been served a sitty-inny fish 'n' chips with a slice of fresh tomato on top of the fish? No, I didn't think so.....must be a local variation. The locals certainly seem very 'varied'.
