Llandudno pier

Drove down the coast road to Llandudno this afternoon, a couple of hours early before the Duffy gig at Venue Cymru. The weather was so gorgeously wonderful that we actually wouldn't have minded skipping out on the gig in favour of sitting on the beach skimming stones, especially seeing as most of the audience was made up of a higher than normal percentage of annoying types who were more intestested in talking or drinking beer or just WHISTLING AS LOUD AS POSSIBLE LIKE A 14YR OLD DOWN MY BLUDDY EAROLE instead of listening to and watching what they'd paid to listen to and watch.

Still, a top night polished off by sharing a bag of chips on the beach :-)

[the reason for the highish shutterspeed but 200ISO is because at the time I was trying to take photographs of a speedboat [i]figureofeighting[/i] off the coast. This pic was simply cropped into because I liked the pier so much (although the detail is somewhat lost thanks to the blipsize limit)
