Christmas cactus

I first pictured this here when the buds first appeared, and today the flowers were positively bursting open providing some lovely color on a very dull and wet day.
I was planing to bake my Christmas cake but decided i was pushed for time as i'm off to a night shift shortly, so instead i weighed out all the ingredients ready for when i get up tomorrow. This is my last shift and then i'm off for a week. I can't wait. Off for a long overdue haircut (after the cake has been banged in the oven) and then have a rare night out planned with one of my work colleagues Zoe tomorrow to start the break nicely :-)
