Elsewhere, my carefully planned diary was blown apart by yet more urgent stuff from a demanding account....it makes a difference when they are polite, but this guy is just rude.

Elsewhere, I received some good news about my favourite charity, they're about to run into some unexpected cash. I'm pleased.
