Passing through York

I have travelled up to Sunderland today by coach. The weather was rather dull and wet most of the way but I managed to grab this photograph from the coach window as we passed through York!!! This shows York Minster at the end of the street. It is a Gothic cathedral and one of the largest in Northern Europe.
