Symmetry of a new roof

It was dark when I got the camera out today and a hike round the garden got some a nice selection of bamboo, Fig in Autumn, the Weather Cock and the neighbours new Garage roof. Although not the most colourful I loved the symmetry of the new roof soon to be adorned in tiles cast off from another old roof. Also the comparison of the concrete blocks of the garage with the knapped flints of my wall in front of it. I know which i prefer. Now I know the height of the garage I can raise my wall accordingly, just enough to hide the guttering, and give it a sympathetic capping to blend the old style with the new. Isn't it a good job we both got it level.

The old cart wheels welded together in front are another story.
