What a bizarre day on the shop floor!

A shoplifter was spotted making off with two bags of these Tete-a-Tete bulbs, but, he ran off down the street before he could be apprehended.

However, an eagle-eyed employee was convinced that he had left his car on the car park and, so, it was kept under observation. Sure enough, a little while later the thief was spotted returning to get his car. The police were called and all the relevant CCTV footage handed over.

Who in their right mind would risk a criminal conviction for a few bulbs?
