not quite halloween

the kids had a school halloween party tonight - they have been uber-excited all week about it. as usual, I ended up making all the costumes and in the end they came together quite well I think. they were all very pleased - I couldn't stop laughing at wee peggy, to the point where she was starting to cry in her mask, bless her! she looked so funny.

so off they went down to the school hall - and ten minutes later we got a phonecall to say that we had to come and get peggy as she was freaked out. when b arrived at the school there was a line of kids that had freaked out and were waiting for their parents!

beth got second prize for her costume (should have got first) and daisy declared the entire evening a disaster before retiring to bed.

just another exiting evening in the allardyce household...
