A solution that rocked. Yeah, right

We should've confirmed what the situation was. But we did not.
And we made fool of ourselves.
And worse, probably caused some bad blood on the others.

How easily can we be fooled?

Well, anyway mostly our way of doing things was perfect. Asking everybody to have a private discussion with us (that is, one with me and one with S.). We being there for them, for them to be listened to.

It's a strange thing how valuable time those are - hearing things no-one speaks out loud. Hearing things no-one would ever want to have happened. Luckily they do trust us enough to tell how they feel and what's on their mind.

Had we only not been fooled, the day would've been perfect.

Really tired in the evening. Really tired. Going to sauna in the evening - that did help me to relax.
