I wanted my 300th blip to BEE special!

Around midday I went out to hang some washing and heard a very unusual sound, which at first I thought was ringing in my ears!!!! It took a while to figure it out but eventually I realised the sound was from thousands of bees swarming. What an amazing sound! Half an hour later I went back out and found the bees all settled around a tree trunk - the whole mass must have been six inches thick in places. I thought the bees underneath must surely be suffocating. They were quite calm, so in the early evening I went out for this shot!
