i DESIRE lunch

Today I was at university quite early, this time not to study, but to attend to the DESIRE conference. Today the workshops and tutorials took place. I took part in 2 tutorials, one on the possibilities of the design and prototyping tool Sketchify and another one on 2 creative techniques.

The first technique meant going around the campus and asking people about their association with a word. We all started with "life", and I ended with "pink". Then we wrote a story using the words from the association link series.

The second technique required us to put on a blindfold and hold hands as we walked through the Auditorium building as a chain of people. It was scary, fun to do and rather interesting. The people from that chain turned out to be the people I had most fun with later on during the conference this week. (a guy from Sweden, a girl from Australia, a man from Cardiff (Wales) and a guy from Italy.
