Oktoberfest

The perfect excuse to:

Wear lederhosen/dress costume
A silly hat
Drink

The local lions club organise this annually and it is much more relaxed and friendly than the Shutzenfest in Adelaide (known locally as sh*tfacedfest). Introduced the kids to kartoffelpuffer, which is something I have not had since I was a child.

Still struggling to remove the wristband, which was a pointless exercise seeing as I was designated driver (*wistful sigh*)
