Tonight The Bottle Let Me Down.

You are looking at an empty bottle. I'm salsa-less, with no way of getting any soon (unless Marianne picks up a bottle in San Francisco).
I came across this in Costa Rica, where it's made. It's spicy, makes the top of my head leak but in has a zestiness and bite to it that I find quite addictive. Needless to say, I can't find it here, possibly because I seem to be the only person over here who likes it. (Okay, someone is selling it on eBay UK but I'd sooner get it from a proper shop.)
It usually comes in 135ml bottles but I found this large one in Halifax, Nova Scotia of all places. I bought it about two years ago and it's lasted well without refrigeration. I look forward to buying my next bottle, wherever I may find it. That's part of the fun.
