Snow on Brick

As much as a foot of wet snow is forecast for central Massachusetts by tonight. The storm had been underway for about an hour when I took this (at 15:30). There was still little wind, so the very wet snow stuck wonderfully to the branches around our house. (View this large, but at your own risk--you could get wet :)

We're in the parking lot of the large condominium next door (the former Northampton Jail). It's constructed of red brick, which is everywhere in our region, and it goes well with snow. More info in this blip--I'm standing near the lamppost in the center to take this shot.
