Riverside Bootsale

Went with my Mum-in-law down to the riverside bootsale in Stratford St. Andrew. She goes for second hand toys for the grandchildren but I mostly go to people watch.. There is always a cast of interesting characters to photograph. Today's model was there with her adolescent daughter. We had a little laugh at how incredibly conservative her daughter's dress sense was. All greys and creams and very understated. It's hard to rebel when your Mum is a rebel.


The only advantage of the clocks going back is the extra hour of quiet time on the first Sunday. The light of dusk comes around a little too soon from now on.
