Saturday was my good friend Emily's hen party- a fantastic day of cupcakes, fizz, a scavenger hunt, Japanese food, cocktail lessons, dancing, and a good cup of tea at the end.

Part of the scavenger hunt- around the hutongs of Beijing- involved a challenge for a team member to eat one of Wang Pangzi's famous donkey burgers. Fortunately a braver person than me stepped up to the challenge, but I did have a try- and it wasn't at all bad...
