Storms and more storms!

We had storms last night, this morning during rush-hour and again this evening. This was taken this evening just as they were moving in. We didnt fare too badly in our area, but in other areas there were a lot of trees down, large hail, wind damage and power outages. Now we're facing a week with temperatures mainly in the 90's - and its only early June!

This afternoon it dried up and the sun came out for a while and there were loads of cicadas flying around - see yesterday's blip. They generally come out of the ground when the ground is warm and wet.
