Sunfilled,talkfilled,rushfilled,drivefilled,bargainfilled,etc etc ,all in all a goodly day. Hit wall about 8.00pm ..things are definitely improving ...can hold full discussion lasting whole day now ... plus telephone conversations with other people on totally unrelated subjects ...still can't get Shy to do what he says he's going to do ..better up the medication until I get that right ...snigger ...
