Yorkshire Pudding

When our daughters lived at home I cooked a roast dinner on a Sunday every week without fail. Since they both left it's become much more of a rare occurrence but today I decided it was time for roast beef. The photograph is of the early stages of the Yorkshire Pudding which was delicious.
