An evening of games

For some time my hubby and some friends have been planning an evening of bored board games. Tonight was the night and I have to admit that I wasn't particularly looking forward to it, as I have a very low attention span and get bored very easily. To make matters worse the games were all strategy games and everyone was super intelligent.

However, after a few warm up games of 'Sets' and 'Flux' we moved onto 'The Settlers of Catan', which I actually really enjoyed. I came second but the most important thing to note is that I beat my hubby (who is pretty competitive) who came last.

He took it very well.
