Pumpkin Carving

Well, Aidan didn't do the carving, just scooping.

This morning we went to Frankie & Benny's for breakfast with Grandma and Grandad (my folks). Although Aidan had already had breakfast at home (he needs to eat as soon as he wakes up) he still managed to eat beans, a hash brown and toast with butter and jam. Rather disgustingly he insisted on eating the jam out the wee packet with a teaspoon. Yuk.

Then we went to Overboard, Soft play, to meet the Lallybrochs for a Halloween party. The 'boys' seemed to have a great time and so did Ethan and Aidan :) The Dads and the boys went on the go karts, think they all enjoyed that bit!

Aidan was pretty shattered after this but we needed to go to see the house builder to choose our carpets. Aidan managed to stay awake on the drive there and played in the office while we were making our decisions. He then stayed awake all the way home.

When we got home I thought pumpkin carving would keep Aidan occupied for a wee bit since he hadn't napped. He was a bit too tired though and got bored quickly. Mr Mono and I completed the pumpkin together. Aidan started singing Happy Birthday when he saw the tea light in the pumpkin...hmmm.

Logan has been much better today so we are hoping for some sleep tonight...
