Horse Paddock At Dawn

The pugs and I enjoyed a walk a sunrise this morning.

We had the time and inclination to walk across the fields to a nearby horse paddock. I have always avoided this paddock area as I didn't want the dogs to spook the horses.

Turns out the four horses are quite used to dogs and were not at all bothered by them.

My little Pug Ellie had the temerity to touch noses with one of them. Some fine photos to savor, not the least of which is the horse and Ellie nose to nose.

The warm light from the sunrise was quite lovely.
