Happy Birthday Dad x

Another beautiful day. We all went for a walk before lunch and then headed off to Sammy Burn's Junk Yard. I think it may have been a little overwhelming for R and R, as it is quite an assault on the senses! I found a beautiful wooden chair that someone had painted purple. It will be a nightmare to strip down, but would be great for my desk. It had 'Ethan Allen made in America' carved into the underneath of the seat. I couldn't make up my mind and even though Mr Burns Jnr only wanted £20 decided to sleep on it.

It would have been my father's birthday today. I lit a candle and decided when I looked up and saw this in the sky that all was well and wished him a very happy birthday. X
