Wise guising

O pictured here sporting a hybrid outfit for trick-or-treating, or guising as we say in Scotland and Ireland. Her costume was a cross between a ladybird and a cat - and I'm not entirely clear why. Anyway, her mother tells me she seemed quite wise to the choreography of this, getting to the front of the pack of her friends as they knocked on the door, quickly stashing sweets in her pumpkin handbag then coming back for more before the weary householder closed the door.
