Quick & Easy Pancakes

One mug of self raising flour
One mug of milk
One egg

It always amazes me that people buy pancake mix when it's so simple to make from scratch...

Anyway, today was a good Sunday that started with home cooked Pancakes and ended with home cooked Spaghetti Bolognese :)
