Sand Castle

The last, at least for now, of my photographs illustrating the fractal nature of sand, its tendency to look much the same at very different scales.

Are we high in the Syrian desert overlooking a Crusader Castle, or are we crawling around on our knees on Forvie Sands in Scotland? Perhaps zoomification will help?
