Norwich Castle
Not much time to blip today so this is the best I could catch. The girls woke me up at 5am and I haven't had five minutes since. Pip has been walking like crazy so is completely knackered. She'll be in bed soon and I'll not be far behind her!
This castle was created by William the Conquerer some time soon after the Battle of Hastings in 1066.
It was likely used as a central point to subjigate East Anglia. Later it was used as prison for hundreds of years.
Today it is a museum and art gallery.
We had a great day exploring the artifacts in the museum and a quick stroll round the art gallery.
Definitely worth a visit.
