I spent a long lunch break with a work colleague wandering around Edinburgh, enjoying the freaky sunny November weather. It meant most of the time chatting about work, rather than taking pictures with the available light. So I felt pretty fortunate to have captured this portrait before heading back to the office.

She was actually worried that she wasn't looking her very best, as she wasn't feeling too well. I'm not yet that conversant with fashion-model-photography-speak, so she had to make do with my barely positive "you look fine" replies for encouragement. I think she realised I was pleased with her pose.
