Another culinary triumph...

Well, maybe not exactly. But I made a really good curry this evening! Here it is, through the eyes of my wonderful pig wooden spoon.
It was pea and paneer, which is an Indian cheese. I popped round to our corner shop to buy some earlier and had a lovely chat with the shop owner; he recognised me from my various trips to buy milk and bread, so that was nice.
Today has been slightly crazy as I had a lot of lectures and a lot of reading in the library. One of my books is only on a one day loan as it's in high demand, so looks like that's my evening sorted!
