Life in slow motion
After a lovely sunday lunch with live jazz and a few drinks with some mates from uni, we all ended up on Leeds Bridge. This is a view from the bridge.
I didn't know this, but Leeds Bridge has been the set of the world's second motion picture by the inventor Luis LePrince. LePrince was also the producer of the first motion picture "Roundhay Garden Scene". As reported by a few sites, in 1890, LePrince was on the verge of patenting his original 16 lens motion picture camera, but mysteriously disappeared on a train, never to be found again. His suspicious disappearance paved the way for Edison to claim his patent on the motion picture camera and earn millions with his ?invention.?
Not only a fun filled sunday, but also an educational one.

"While I was watching you did a slow dissolve
Did I imagine or do the walls have eyes
Did I imagine they held us hypnotized
Life in slow motion somehow it don?t feel real
Snowflakes are falling I'll catch them in my hands"
