Public holiday here today for the "race that stops the nation" the Melbourne Cup. Pottered in the garden, planting the last of the vegetable seedlings. Took little Georgie on a 5km walk. Perfect walking weather too! The rest of this week will be busy so it's nice to have a quietish day.
This pretty flower is actually a weed, not sure what it is, but through my macro it looks gorgeous. I am sure that somewhere in the world it is a much adored native flower.
