Pebble Beach

Our plan this morning was to take 2 days to drive the 400 miles between San Francisco and Los Angeles on the US 1.

Very rugged and majestic terrain, we probably averaged 25 MPH today.

The highlight of the day was the 17 mile drive that brought us past Spyglass Hill, Cypress Point and finally to famed Pebble Beach where it would have cost us in the neighborhood of 1500$ to play and dinner for Michel and I. Totally insane!

At the end of the day, we were still rolling along those cliffs and desperately looking for some sort of camping ground. We finally found a cute one right on the water at Kirk Creek in the Los Padres National Park.
