BUTTERFISH FOR DINNER

On the way down to Dunedin to attend the Photograph Society of New Zealands Regional Convention the Engineer and I called into Moeraki a small fishing Village on the East Coast,north of Dunedin. This Fisherman was busy scaling and preparing Butterfish outside the famous Fleurs Resturant ready for the evening menue .
