Fried boiled eggs with chilli sauce or telur balado *in Indonesian language*, anyone?

Btw, What is balado?

The word 'balado' is mostly found in Padang specialities which refer to spicy dishes. What I like about this dish is simple to make, tasty and yet you can make with different kind of meat (chicken or beef), seafood (fish, prawn, squid), tempe, tahu/tofu, vegetables (ex. eggplant) or egg.
