Samba!

I find irresistible to watch people's costumes at Halloween...I mean the creative ones, the hand made ones. This group of people was not necessarily the most remarkable or original, but the fact that they started their own little parade even before the official NYC Halloween parade took off, caught my attention....bold and loud, very loud...I wish I could attach the sound to the blip ;)
