SOULS

Looking for blip inspiration I discovered that today is All Souls Day. I'd always thought in my ignorance that All Saints and All Souls were one and the same, but it's not so. I headed over to the Victorian cemetery across the road and got some shots showing how even the great and good founders and forefathers of this town, whose families paid for soaring and elegant monuments to perpetuate their memories into future centuries, are now neglected and ignored. Despite my unbelief, I hope their souls fared better than their memorials.
