Statue of Robin Hood, as taken in Nottingham. I was there at the weekend. Ironic, really, that a photoblog about Worcester should begin with a photograph taken somewhere else. The East Midlands city , which is known as the Gateway to the North (I think I just made that up) is pretty standard fare. They boast a Yates Wine Lodge, a few Carphone Warehouses (one of them is pretty massive) a posh looking Greggs the Bakers, a Primark and other high street staples.
