Smokey Primary Colours and a Ripple....

Again I had to visit the hospital today, to check up on my operation, I have a few problems, like a slight hair loss (expected) due to a lack of Protein, this will right it's self as my body re-aligns it self with less food.
But on the bright side they have decided to reduce the dosage of my blood pressure pills, and get rid of one Colesterol tablet, so can't be bad.
They have also said that I will loose 75% of my over weight so 14st 7lb or 92kg here I come.
Total weight loss to date is 4st 2lb.

On another note, I did have a good run back down to the South East.
