Reflection

I caught Murron's reflection in an old picture frame that was propped against my bed and it instantly reminded me of this. What a difference and yet still very much the same. It makes me want to stop time. I'm glad now that I promised the girls we could snuggle up in my bed and watch the episode of Merlin we missed at the weekend. I almost said no as it was getting late, but in the end it was precious time together. We giggled a lot mucking about with photo booth on my laptop and ate some of Rowan's halloween booty.

I spent the morning at Amisfield. We are digging up one of the huge herbaceous borders and I brought some plants home that would otherwise have been composted. I'm sure Nick will raise his eyes to the sky and enquire where I am planning to put them in our already jam packed garden. Rest assured I will squeeze them in somewhere. The rest of the afternoon was spent productively researching various things for my business. I was on a roll and the ideas were flowing...

A good day :)
