Holly Leadbetter.

This is my youngest granddaughter, Holly. She is such a strong determined young lady, and as expected, managed to take her first faltering steps, before she was eleven months old. In 3 weeks she wil celebrate her 1st birthday. Where did that year go? She is no longer taking faltering steps, and strides out boldly and confidently. However, I remember when the children were finding their feet, and you heard a loud thud, and waited for a few seconds to know if there was a cry to accompany the bang.
It has been a pleasure having her round today, and she seems to be grandad's best friend, with her toothy grin. As I took this shot, I got the feeling that she was showing me what she could do. My very clever and beautiful granddaughter.
