You can tell it's nearly winter when the nights draw in and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) lectures start.

On dark nights I hate turning out to the CPD lectures, I'm always full of good intentions, but falter when it gets to actually leaving my nice cosy flat.

So hurrah for CPD via video link! I can stay home in the warm, listen in on the lecture and ask questions - perfect. Tonight was my first CPD video lecture on treatment of pain, very interesting it was too - well done NES.

I blipped this on my way home from a shopping trip before the CPD lecture!
