Farewell, England!

OK, hackneyed, I know!

But the White Cliffs of Dover looked pretty spectacular as we left GB behind at about 11 am. By now, the sky was almost cloudless, and the sun was placed just about perfectly for this "traditional post card".

Anyway, on the deck of the SeaFrance ferry (the Rodin) was about the only available moment for photography, the rest of the day being spent in driving about 560 km, including through rush-hour Parisian traffic jams.
