Wednesday: Carvery

We did a very impromptu run up to Liverpool today as we hadn't seen K.'s Mum for a little while, so on the spur of the moment we drove up today.

K'.s Mum loves a carvery (who wouldn't?) so we took her out in the evening to the local pub which does a nice little evening deal.  She is particularly partial to their honeycomb ice cream sundae dessert but can't quite manage one by herself.  Needless to say, I am always happy to sacrifice myself and share one with her.
