Downtown

So, originally I guess I was planning on thinking about my blip picture of the day, then being all cool and making an awesome entry with a neat picture or some such nonsense. Of course, I know there are people who use the site for just that, but I am so not one of those people. So when I was going through the pictures of the day, trying to find a cool or interesting one, I realized that I wanted to do this photo journal thing so I'd have something to remember the summer of 2008 by. And being all artistic with my pictures is definitely not the way to go about that, I figure. I'm just gonna capture the moments of the day, and pick the one that I think best represents the day =). Sounds like a plan to me.

So here it is, a picture of my little brother, Kevin, on the corner of one of the streets downtown next to what I think is an "Alice In Wonderland"-themed ladybug. Each summer our town picks a new theme of statue and local businesses hire artists to paint them; it's really cool actually. Today my mom had to check out something in a furniture store, so she let me and Kevin and my sister Sara walk around town. It was pretty fun =).

Afterwards I had my friends over in the evening; those pictures are on my photobucket haha. All in all it was a good day =).
