RED ROSE WITH BLUE

I went pass this flower this morning on my way to work. The house face's the park,and the gardens well kept.The canal is at the top of the road.It was raining
hard when I left home,but I was not long before the sun came out for the day.
I put warm clothes on to find it was allot warmer than yesterday,how are you ment to know
