Nesssaintee's World

By nesssaintee

Another wasted day

Not a good day, travelled 150 miles, to do nothing except get abuse from an operator, no support from my own people who sent me down there in the first place.
But hey ho, that's life for me at the minute.
Can't do right for doing wrong
Weather was non descript too
A brief break in the clouds, brings Jupiter into view
Have caught the 4 gallileans quite clearly too
They are on it's own on the right hand side Ganymede.
Ganymede is the largest moon orbiting any planet in the solar system and orbits Jupiter once approximately every 7.17 days
Nearest Jupiter on the left is Io whose orbit lasts approximately 1.8 days
Io is the most volcanically active place in the solar system
Next is Europa which takes 3.5 days to orbit
Last, but not least is Callisto which takes 16.7 days to orbit
